October is Family Portrait Month

Once again, we are offerring Free Family Sessions during the month of October. We also have many upcoming specials including 25% off with a session with Robyn, our new photographer, Halloween Quicktakes, and 20% off wall portraits for family pictures. Check out some of the new pictures we have been working on. It has been crazy busy around here getting all of the school pictures done, sports pictures, plus families and kids! Fall is a great time to get portraits taken! We can design one of a kind Christmas cards too!

Football Sports Pictures

Elaine was up in Forman this past Friday evening taking action pictures of the Sargent Central vs. Oakes football game. We will be posting the rest of these online by the end of the week. We try to take action pictures of the seniors that we take as a thankyou to them . We also use several of the action pictures on the senior announcements. Just one of the many "extra" things offered at Steens.

Busy, Busy, Busy!

We have been crazy busy around here the past few weeks. We have been doing Ping Pong school pictures, along with all of the sports buttons for both Britton & Langford/Roslyn. We have also still been doing some senior portraits, along with a few kids.

We have a newsletter coming out this next week, along with lots of specials. October is Family Portrait month, so we are celebrating with Free Family Sessions all month long. We will have lots of kids specials coming up also, so check out our newletter online. Call today to book your session!

A cross country meet was held in Britton this past Tues. night. Check out our website for all of the images from our action shots!

We went up last night and photographed the Britton-Hecla vs. Sisseton Volleyball game. We like to go to different events and photograph the kids whose senior pictures we did- that way they can have some "action shots of the activities that they are in. We try to get to at least one event from every senior that we do!

We had a great time with Justin yesterday. He had so much fun that he is coming back to do more pictures with his golf and hunting stuff. That is one of the great things at Steen's: we don't charge extra for having people come back to do more!

Come meet Robyn!

We are very excited to introduce you to Robyn, our new photographer. Robyn had been working at the studio the past two years and recently graduated from Dakota State University with a degree in graphic design. Robyn has been doing graphic design work and assisting Elaine with all kinds of sessions. Robyn has "practiced" with a few people, but now is your chance to check her out. Friends Forever

We had a great time taking pictures of Emily and her friends on her 15th Birthday. Robyn, who works here, is training to be a photographer. She had a blast with these girls! I think they'll have a hard time choosing!

Anyone up for some tubing????

We had so much fun with Josten this morning. We went out to Roy lake and went boating~ it is truly your time and we will do whatever, even ride in a boat to get awesome action shots!

Myron & Emily's Wedding this past weekend

We had an absolutely wonderful time photographing Emily and Myrons wedding this past weekend. What a fun wedding party to work with! We have known this family for a while and were thrilled to be a part of this special part of their lives.

I'm really excited to share these pics with you all. I can't believe my little girl's 6 months old already! Elaine did an awesome job on these! I don't know how I will decide!

Getting Better!
